The reason why the vibes are off in the MDR room after Petey left is because Petey was a strong yang presence and Mark, Irv, and Dylan are all yin. Without Petey to balance out the strong yin from the other three, everything feels off. (Helly is yang but her fear and apprehension cause her energy to be dulled.)
